Educational Leadership, M.S.Ed. with School Building Leadership and School District Leadership Certification (Online)
This master’s program (36 credit-hours) is appropriate for New York state certified teaching professionals with a first master’s degree who wish to pursue administrative positions at either the school or district level. This program leads to NYS certification as a school building leader (SBL) and school district leader (SDL).
Prerequisites
- Educational master’s degree;
- permanent or professional certificate in classroom or pupil personnel services;
- EDU 595 Intro to Educ Research & Statistics or equivalent;
- evidence that the candidate has met the New York state requirements for
- school violence prevention
- The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA).
