All Niagara University students entering as freshmen are required to take the one credit Niagara University Beginning seminar course (NUB 102 NU Beginnings) in addition to the 20 general education requirements.

CHE 403 Honors Thesis I may be substituted for CHE 449L Senior Research, CHE 450L Senior Research. Ordinarily, the laboratory work will be taken at the same time that the student covers the related work in lecture.
