Food Industry Leadership, Minor

This program is a cross disciplinary program which enables students who are pursuing a degree in a business discipline but would like to gain specific knowledge in the dynamic food industry. The minor is designed to function in conjunction with a student's primary major. Students must plan to take at least 3 courses outside of their major discipline.
