Through the Levesque Institute for Civic Engagement, Niagara University is committed to the revitalization of the city of Niagara Falls and the Wester New York region and has established four pillars to meet the critical needs of our community. Within each pillar, programs and projects are designed with measurable outcomes that seek to bring systemic change.

The Levesque Institute for Civic Engagement is the primary resource for anyone in the community who is looking to collaborate with Niagara University's students, faculty and staff, in turn building more partnerships. Coordinated in the IMPACT office, these relationships will facilitate community service opportunities for Niagara University students and faculty.

IMPACT is a measured approach to instilling in NU students a model of collective action that creates systemic change through project-based experiential learning. It is a comprehensive and individualized service program, which places emphasis on professional and personal growth.
